Cooperating Coordinator

As a Cooperating Coordinator, you are the proactive accessible leader with a listening ear for your colleagues. The daily operations fall under your responsibility. You enhance the job satisfaction of your colleagues by motivating them. Because happy employees lead to happy customers.

As a coordinator, you work together with your team of 5 to 15 production workers. You report to the shift leader, who is under the supervision of the plant manager. We consider employees as members of our family. Personal attention is our priority, and successes are celebrated. Everyone knows each other. As a coordinator, you have a coordinating role in keeping the washing process running smoothly. You actively participate and serve as an enthusiastic role model for your team. Here are some of your tasks:

• You manage a team of between 5 and 15 production workers.
• You motivate and guide your team in achieving daily goals.
• You maintain oversight and monitor progress and quality.
• You ensure the proper functioning of machines.
• In the case of special customer requests or malfunctions, you discuss priorities with the shift leader.
• You are responsible for a clean, tidy, and safe department.

• You have coordinating and/or directing experience within a production environment.
• You are proactive and accessible.
• You are good with processes and have technical insight.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language and speak English reasonably well.

As a production coordinator at Nedlin Hospitality, you can count on a refreshing work environment and excellent working conditions. • A salary between € 2.678 to € 3.039 gross per month based on 40 hours.

• You work from Monday to Friday in two staggered shifts, with corresponding allowances.
