Looking for an exciting internship opportunity in South Limburg? Look no further! We offer you a place where you can truly learn and be seen as a valued colleague. Every day, we receive linens from our customers that need to be washed and returned clean. Here's what you'll be doing
As an intern with us, you'll become part of a small team where you'll work independently and solution-oriented for various clients. Because you'll be the first point of contact via phone and email. This includes handling inquiries and requests regarding deliveries, items, orders, and systems. Additionally, you'll support our account managers. You'll be aware of our clients' needs and act as the liaison between Nedlin and our clients. Furthermore:
- You'll independently address customer requests and complaints with our production team.
- You'll be responsible for the request, status, and completion.
- You'll prepare operational customer meetings with the account manager and handle the resulting tasks.
- You'll create dashboards, analyses, and reports. You'll register everything in our CRM system.
- You'll work on your own assignments.
Job requirements
You're a real go-getter and perseverant. Furthermore, you bring the following:
- Third- or fourth-year student in HBO Facility Management, Commercial Economics, Commercial Management, or a similar program.
- Service-oriented, strong communication skills, and a real connector.
- Fluent in spoken and written Dutch.
- Proficient in English and German.
- You reside in Limburg and have transportation to Elsloo or Hoensbroek.

Nedlin consists of 450 employees in total. So, you'll have many colleagues. Your fixed location is Elsloo or Hoensbroek. Furthermore, your own team consists of the commercial director, your colleagues in the back office, and the account managers.
